About HEMA
The vision for Sanskar Coaching began when I was at the peak of my career. Having climbed the corporate ladder and serving in an Executive Leadership role for many years, I had coaching sessions with an Executive Coach. It was during these sessions that I was able to make sense of the challenges I was facing, and my transformation journey began. The truth was working excessive hours, raising a family, and coping with caring responsibilities for an elderly parent with dementia, left me feeling depleted and unhappy from the weight of it all.
Coaching shone the light on what was happening and gave me the courage to face my personal reality and gain clarity on what really mattered. I made the bold decision to leave my job and put my health and family first. Taking time for myself created space for me to explore what was intrinsically unique to me and the power I had within myself to grow and evolve. This led me to complete my Executive Coach accreditation and establish my own leadership coaching consultancy.
